Pastor Hartley has served the Lord and his Church for over thirty years. He currently is the ordained pastor of Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Covington, Georgia, a church in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.

Pastor Hartley holds a D. Min. from Erskine Theological Seminary, has a Th.D. from Grace Institute and Seminary, did his Ph.D. studies at Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, holds an M.Div. from Chesapeake Theological Seminary, a Masters from Liberty University, and a BA from St. Leo College.

Pastor Hartley has been married to his wife Oneida for the past 42 years. They have four children and four grandchildren..
